Process for producing electret, and electrostatic induction conversion device
Kashiwagi of Asahi Glass Company, Limited, Japan, developed a high temperature electret, by thermally treating a fluorinated polymer and a silane coupling agent, where the fluorinated polymer has an alicyclic structure in its main chain and has a carboxy group or an alkoxycarbonyl group as its terminal group.  The silane coupling agent has an amino group; and the temperature for the thermal treatment is from 250 to C. Electret composite with deep trapping centers on the interphase boundary 
Kurbanov et al of Malaxit Co., Azerbaijan,  developed an electret composite consisting of a polymer containing particles of a piezoelectric material with deep trapping centers.  The piezoelectric material may have a tetragonal or a rhombohedral structure, and the polymer matrix material may be selected from high-density polyethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, and a copolymer of vinylidenechloride and tetrafluoroethylene. The composite has a potential difference>500V, lifespan>10 years, dielectric permeability 20, specific electric resistance 1014 Ohmm; provision of deep trapping centers on the interphase boundaries with activation energy in the range of 1 to 1.25 eV, and stable electret charge.
