Method of treating polymer compound and treatment system for the same
Goto et al of Hitachi have developed a method for modifying a polymer by
chemical reactions. The resin is mixed with a reactant in an extruder at a high
temperature and extruded into a high pressure reactor. The reactants are
separated and the modified polymer molded into the final product.
